OK I want to make a website for mp3 downloads, in the website I want to have a form, payment options like paypal, shopping cart, and I want to have payments like we pay online to downlad musice form certain websites, and I want a search engin. I already have the hosting company and the domain name. now I want to build it on my own so what do I need to do first. I am a begginer in website development and I dont have any money to spend expect learn I have the books on HTML,PHP,JAVASCRIPT,CSS,MYSQL Database, APEACH,AJAX and on line source, but I dont know where to start should I start with the designe or with the programing should i use a text editor or dreamweaver. I am a beginer in this so I need a toutorials on what these launages are for the books dont explain it well.

Perhaps you should try an open source or commercial shopping cart script with digital downloads management.
