Domain and DNS Problem?
Hello , I have a strange problem 
, i created my domain using Server 2003 A.D and the domaain name was : xyz.com , but the problem is when i want to access my website ( the same name ) : www.xyz.com , The dns likes enter in a loopback and doesnt give me the web page and i get the follwoings :
Oops! Internet Explorer could not find www.xyz.com
Suggestions:
•Go to www.xyz.com
•Search on Google:
I asked and they said i should creat a DNS record , i couldnt know y if that was the answer .
Please i need your help …
If your domain name is xyz.com, and on your computer you attempt to go to www.xyz.com, then by default, your DNS server will try to find a computer on your network called www. It does not realize you are trying to leave the domain, because you are trying to go to a domain that is also your local domain. This is why domains should not be setup in this fashion. xyz.net, or xyz.local would have been a better choice for your internet domain name. Yes, you can try to create a DNS A record to resolve this on your DNS server.
