dont worry its totally legal, even google gives you a personal search engine but you have to signup and i tryed many times except you need a current running website. anyways they should be thanking me as they get to show their ads on it.
try taking out the
The Web value="domain.com" checked />website nameAnd replacing it with
website name.Not sure about the legality issues though.
