How do I remove my personal info from a domain name I used to own?
I use to have a website and owned a .com address, but do not have either anymore. However, when I do a google search on my name, this domain shows up with my name and addresses.
I cannot seem to find the current owner of the domain or find a way to remove this info. The info is showing up on a domain who-is sort of site, and they do not have a contact us option, or I would try to ask them.
There are web site that specialize in old Internet information. They track stuff like that. Not much you can do to remove your info.
If someone currently owns the domain name, their info would show on a whois look up, not yours.
