I would like to build/hire people to build me a web-site that is similar to facebook or a dating website?
It would have to support multiple ’search’ functions, apply widgets, and have minature programs built into it (i.e. a t-shirt building website).
My question is where do I start? After I have my basic idea, and domain name, do I start w a programmer? Site developer? Where can I find solid creative employees?
Any contributions/links/responses are greatly appreciated, pls. be as detailed as possible.
