What is the penalty for stalking a minor?
I have been getting stalked by some guy on the internet, he found my address, and phone number through a whois search on some of my domain names. He has been stalking me for a while, and I would like to know if this is illegal, and what kind of penalties come from this.
He sounds like a predator. Notify your parents who in turn can discuss the situation with the police. Unless you have proof that he’s stalking you, there’s not much you can do. Talk to your parents.
