It’s possible to find a page via a search as you described, but not likely. There’s two major reasons for this:
1) unless you pick very unique meta tag values, chances are search engines will not return your site – or will place it too low in the rankings to be of any use
2) most search engines use other factors (such as how many pages link to a site) to help determine ranking, so just having good meta tags isn’t typically enough
